The Salah-Mate Prayer Set

Our current product offering is the Salah-Mate, a thoughtfully designed prayer set priced at AED 100. All prices displayed on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Product images displayed on the website are representative and intended to provide an accurate depiction of our items; however, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain materials.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

Orders are placed through our website at hayaacollective.me. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. An order is not binding on us until we issue a confirmation.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Ziina. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment received, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is accurate and regularly monitored.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or if the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier logistics, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. The Hayaa Collective is not liable for any delays once a shipment has been handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Exchanges

We warmly welcome exchanges for different colours, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange your Salah-Mate for a different colour, simply reach out to us and we will arrange the process for you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@thehayaacollective.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, brand names, and visual assets, is the exclusive property of The Hayaa Collective and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
